Just 10 minutes drive south of the main town site, our Yallingup holiday home is located off Caves road right within the heart of Margaret River's best food and wine region. The 3x2 bush block home completed in 2022 lies within a small development of privately owned holiday homes and looks out over the grapevines of House of Cards vineyard.

Catering for up to 6 adults, our Yallingup holiday home is perfectly placed for a weekend escape with family, or friends; being located just a few hundred metres walk from both a cafe, restaurant and two wineries.

The open-plan living area is flooded with natural light which opens up onto an alfresco area that is perfect for outdoor entertaining and a game of finska on the lawn in warmer months. During the cooler months, rug up next to the wood fire with a cup of mulled wine, or immerse yourself in the freestanding bath of the master ensuite whilst you relax in the peace and quiet of the bush surroundings.

Leave the car keys at home and grab a morning coffee from Gabriel Chocolate (just 500m walk) before you head out for a morning hike down one of the nature trails located in the national park just west of the property. Drop into Window's Estate (~800m  away) on your way back for a wine tasting before heading to Chow's table (~500m way) for lunch.

For those who are seeking outdoor adventure, there are also nature trail walks and 4wd access tracks through the national park approximately 1km west of the property.
