Accommodation Facilities

• Accommodation is fully self-contained, including kitchen, laundry and outdoor cooking facilities.

• All essential items are included such as guest amenities, crockery, cutlery, washing powders, hair dryers and linen.

• Undercover parking for two cars is available at the home. There is ample driveway parking for additional vehicles.

• This accommodation uses a self-check in service and there are no reception facilities available on-site.

 

Room Servicing

• For stays of less than 7 nights, the accommodation will not be serviced throughout your stay.

• For stays of 7 nights or more, the accommodation will be serviced mid-way through your stay at no additional charge.

 

Check-In and Check-Out

• Check-in time is from 3:00 pm and check-out time is 10:00 am.

• Early check in requests are subject to availability and cannot be guaranteed. For guaranteed early check in, you are advised to consider making a reservation for the evening prior to your arrival.

• Late check-outs are available on request subject to availability. Please check with our team during office hours at least 24 hours prior to your departure on availability of late check-out.

COVID-19 Policy

• The wellbeing of our guests staying at our accommodation is of utmost importance.

• We are monitoring the health advice from the Australian Federal and State Government and are abiding by the legislated rules in order to minimise the spread of Covid-19. 

• Rooms are completely sanitized prior to guest arrival, including all linen and towels.

• All high touch point areas (e.g. door handles, light switches) also receive additional chemical sanitation.

• Should you become unwell during your stay at our accommodation and test positive for COVID-19 you are obligated to advise our staff so that necessary precautions can be undertaken.

 

Accessibility

• The accommodation is a single-level development and is wheelchair friendly, with access to the home through either the front door or carport entry.

 

WI-FI

• Complimentary Wi-Fi is available at the home for guest use.

• Internet access to the property is via NBN Satellite. Please note this is a slower connection speed than in residential areas.

 

Proximity to restaurants

• The accommodation is situated less than 500m walk from cafe and restaurant facilities including Gabriel Chocolate, Chow's Table and House of Cards Vineyard.

• Windows Estate is approximately 800m north of the property.

 

Proximity to beaches

• Injidup is the closest beach to the property accessible via 2WD, approximately 5minutes drive north.

• There are a strip of secluded beaches and the Cape-to-Cape track both accessible via 4WD only to the west of the property off Quininup Road through the National Park.

 

Child Facilities

• The accommodation is child friendly and lies within a small private development with minimal passing traffic.

• The front and rear yards of the property have shady trees and large grassed areas suitable for playing.

• Unfortunately we do not offer infant facilities such as cots, baby baths, stair gates or high chairs, however guests are welcome to bring their own equipment for use.

 

Pets

• Under no circumstances are pets permitted on the grounds of the property, unless they are certified assistance animals. A mandatory fee of up to $1,000 will be charged to any guests found bringing pets onto premises and pets will be immediately evicted.

 

Smoking

• Smoking indoors is not permitted within the accommodation. Please note we take this policy very seriously. A minimum charge of $500 will be incurred if smoking is found to be performed indoors. Should guests wish to smoke, they may do so outside.

Party Policy

• The accommodation maintains a strict ‘No Party’ policy. Excessive loud music or noise that has the potential to disturb neighbouring properties will not be tolerated under any circumstances.

• Please note that we do not allow the following bookings – In-room parties, buck’s nights, hen’s nights, 18th birthday parties, 21st birthday parties or school leavers.
